This rigorous program, leading to certification in the Team Diagnostic™
Assessment, consists of a concentrated three-day, in-person course combined
with a 12-module, on-line and webinar series. Throughout the training process,
practitioners have direct, hands-on experience working with the tool, evaluating
intervention options and creating and implementing a plan for working with a specific client team.
Included in the price of the certification program is one free Team Diagnostic™ Assessment and professional
report for the team of your choice. Upon successful completion of the curriculum, you will have the opportunity
to license the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment on an ongoing basis, subject to meeting ongoing practitioner requirements.
This program is ideal for Corporate Coaches, Consultants, and HR/OD Professionals experienced in
